What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, can be of great benefit as you work in conjunction with your Coach. EFT is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture. It is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system, without the discomfort of needles. EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction and personal performance limits.
EFT was introduced in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineering graduate in lifelong pursuit of personal well-being. He relates the following: “I’ve been doing energy healing work since 1991 and my jaw still drops at the results. I’ve lost count of the number of phobias, panic/anxiety attacks, traumatic memories, guilt, grief and physical ailments that have been elegantly relieved(often in minutes) by this procedure. Even though EFT violates just about every conventional belief out there, the results remain remarkable. EFT isn’t perfect, of course…. but it usually works well and the results are sometimes spectacular.”
“After doing several sessions with Bill, I was able to step back from memories that have been haunting me for years. As a result, I have been able to take steps forward in my life and choose who I want to be now.” – Erin

Important Note: EFT is offered here on a good faith basis and is intended to be consistent with Gary Craig’s Official EFT Tutorial. However, the quality of the delivery is the sole responsibility of Bill Jensen.
“Clinical EFT, the manualized form of the method, has been validated as an “evidence-based” practice using criteria published by the American Psychological Association (APA) Division 12 Task Force on Empirically Validated Therapies.” — EFT Tapping Training Institute
While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be imperfect and thus it is imperative that you take complete responsibility for your use of it. EFT is gentle and easy to use and has, to date, yielded remarkable results for relieving emotional and physical distress. While, to our knowledge, there have been no distressing side effects reported, this does not mean that you will not discover side effects for yourself. IF YOU DECIDE TO APPLY THESE TECHNIQUES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF and shall not hold Bill Jensen, or anyone else associated with EFT, responsible for any adverse side effects or outcomes.
